  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Arrange and confirm appointments, travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Liaison and coordinate flow of information both internally and externally
  • Assist in producing briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing systems



  • Minimum Diploma in Secretarial Studies or relevant discipline
  • At least 3 years secretarial experience
  • Must be conversant (both written and oral) in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and able to prioritise tasks
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Flexible and mature approach with ability to work independently
  • Willing to be based in Klang
