Responsibilities:

• Lead overall management and operation in Sales and Marketing business for house brands.
• Identify support and develop new business opportunities within the industry; build relationship and network with key customer to gain support and create value for company.
• Deliver sales revenue and targeted profit set and drive ambitious growth.
• Planning, coordinating and implementing sales and marketing functions of the business.
• Monitor stock inventory; planning promotion for high level stocks. Maintain healthy stocks level and expiry date.
• Provide market feedback to the management regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
• Generate product development ideas and packaging design for overseas market, in particular China market.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education level and computer literate.
• Proven working experience in business development or relevant role.
• Creative talents and ability to build rapport.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good planning, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (required for China markets).
