Responsibilities:

 

1. Corporate-owned Store

  • Responsible for oversee the operations of retail outlets, achieving sales targets and profitability, minimizing operating expenses, and setting benchmarking for marketing campaigns, customer service and implementing sales strategies.
  • Lead and guide the operations team, improve their overall operational capabilities, manage scientifically, create a good working environment, and establish stable, enthusiastic, and efficient team.
  • Establish and review operations procedures and policies, ensure that all aspects are well enforced.
  • Manage Day to Day operations of outlet, troubleshooting of operations related issues, visiting the outlets regularly and identifying and resolving urgent issues.
  • Co-ordinate with HR department in dealing with staff issues: Involved in manpower arrangement, staff recruitment and retention; conducting appraisal and performance review; and providing or organizing training and development.

 

2. Franchise Store

  • Assist in franchise expansion.
  • Provide franchisees with guidance and training to ensure the quality of services. 
  • Responsible for franchise contracts with franchise stores, to ensure participation; maintaining the company guidelines and cooperation in company values and agendas.

 

3. Others

  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer and business initiatives and monitoring competitions. Co-ordinate all market research to ensure maximum target market intelligence and provide feedback to Senior Management accordingly.
  • Communicate and coordinate with functional departments and subsidiary companies to ensure smooth execution of workflow.
  • Responsible for new store opening, set-up and preparation.
  • Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in relevant field with 3 years of experience in managing franchise and retail chain store environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to motivate a team of individuals, result oriented and self-motivated person.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all level of people.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin and English.
  • Expect to perform duty on weekends and Public Holidays when necessary
  • Computer literate and knowledge with using Microsoft Office(Word, Excel and power point)
