Responsibles:

  • Oversee the Human Resource functions including payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR policy, training & development, performance measurement & evaluation, etc
  • Handling full spectrum of the recruitment process including candidate screening, reference checks, preparing employment contracts, completing mandatory corporate approval procedures
  • Managing the compensation & benefits function, including medical insurance, leave administration and staff welfare related matters
  • Handle staff disciplinary, grievances and misconduct issues
  • Coordinating and assisting managers with performance management activity on an annual basis & tracking submissions
  • Conducting orientation for new hires and exit interviews for outgoing employees
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records
  • Ensuring that onboarding documents are in place for all new hires
  • To handle tenancy of Company’s property inclusive of rental and utility collection, tenancy validity
  • Assist in administration and registration of sales campaign

Requirements:

  • Degree in any related field
  • Familiar with Employment Act, statutory requirements and other HR practices and legislation
  • Possess a high degree of confidentiality
  • Able to work independently, work well under pressure and able to handle stress
  • Good follow-through on tasks assigned
  • Meticulous, organized and able to multi-tasking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with all levels of people
  • Must be willing to work in Klang
